do not worry about them until they weare out.when they start to wear out you will here it.like the saying goes if it aint broke dont fix it .no really nobody knows how long thes bushings will last,but sway bar bushing,s last a long time.enjoy your car.

Exactly, I have seen them fail quickly, and seen them last a long time. No set interval for replacement.
