I gave my wife our Mercedes to go wash the engine the crazy car wash guy used water and we started having electrical problems such as the car when in reverse drags I hv to accelerate for it to move sometimes. The electrical problem was sorted but still it drags as if there's no power to move it in reverse.

Hopefully it will dry out, but may take a while. That's ..as you know, using a car wash wand on an engine is a big mistake, the newer the car the worse problems
