my digital dash keeps shorting out (Fuse Blows out) when I go over hard bumps. Can any one help me with this?

bad cluster,the wireing in this vehicle was a disaster from factory.

Mine has a lot to do with the parking or head lites ..turn them on it gets to work flashes then goes out..on the dash..car runs pretty well daytona turbo..but you never know what's going on with the engine or how fast your going..I'd say wirring
