Idles up 2 to 3 hundred more rpm's all by itself. Doesn't matter if cruise control is on, off,
or in use.

The hemi has MDS where it goes from 8cyl to 4 cyl or vice versa you probably don't feel it but see it on the tach, mine does it all the time

Dodge dealership said to clean the intake. It has been a little better since then but still does it. I can definitely feel it when it does it. Feels like I push on the gas and it accelerates when it does it.
