I've replaced ecm board abs module upper and lower speed censor rear censor on rear defrencial..checked all fuses and my abs,brake light and check engine light stays on and my speedometer drops to zer

I know this sounds out there but check your wheel bearings. I had a abs light and we couldn't figure out why. the wheel bearing was going and we couldn't tell right away.

My make and model doesn't have censors on the rotors themselves or on the bearings.
