Why does the ABS, Brake and Check Engine Light stay on and Speedometer doesn't register till 25mph

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
The ABS, Brake and Check Engine light all stay on and the speedometer doesn't register
till you get around 25mph and also drops out when approaching a stop. All was fine till I
shifted from 2 wheel to 4 wheel and also fueled up. The check engine code was P0138,
O2 sensor down stream. Any suggestions?

if you have bearing failure in rear diff. Steel particals may be stuck to wheel speed sensor.Sensor has a magnet in it that will cause metal to block out signal.
Make sure all your fuses are plugged into the fuse box...even the spares. I had an ABS, Check Engine, and Brake lights on, and I read someone say that the fuse could be the culprit. I popped a fuse into the empty "Spare" fuse slot, and suddenly the lights went away! I wasn't able to smog and register my truck for 2 years because of a fuse! I was happy and mad at the same time.

Checked all fuses inside and under the hood, all were good. Problem check engine / ABS lights are still on, plus my speedometer does work, just started today, any answers from anyone who might know?
