this depends on the car. things you WILL need are pedal assembly, clutch cable, transaxle, clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, (possibly a flywheel), new oil pump. the biggest problem is the clutch cable tube inside the tunnel of the car. some autosticks had the tube already installed, some did not. if it's not there you will have to basically gut the interior, cut open the tunnel and install the tube. reason for opening up the tunnel is the tube MUST be welded into place with tabs to hold it from moving. without doing this you will never get the clutch cable adjusted right to work properly.
