I got this in my old beetle when I used Pennzoil- there is some kinda wax in that oil- it went away when I started using better oil like Valvoline or Castrol- it may take a coupla oil changes to disappear completely- your air cooled engine must have more frequent oil changes because the oil is acting as a coolant- so keep up on the maintenance- like checking that crankcase vent- and the oil filter- etc. etc.
