Check power to the coil...let's not panic. Start with the basics, air, fuel, spark and spark timing- We've got air, fuel?, spark? timing? need a few more clues, perhaps if you hooked one of those low-budge diagnostic scanners on there, we could find out if what you did had any effect, or it ALWAYS had say, a plugged cat or crank angle sensor connector fallen off etc. help us out here-
It ran before , now just turns over.
in engine valley is knock sensor this is ,also the distributor sensor about 40$ could it be the problem from day one ?
chain guide and tentioner broke and was making a racket.
If the tensioner broke, the chain may have jumped a tooth or two. Did you check the cam timing? -- I had a Jeep Cherokee that do that. Idled rough and no power at all.

may be able to relax slowly piece it back together correctly, chain drives the oil pump on a 22R, mine was partially busted but provides enough oil pressure, maybe your catastrophe left you in a comprimized condition.
