My car won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I just had a new alternator, battery and starter
installed in my 2008 Cadillac DTS... And it still
won't start. Is it possible that the starter was put in
backwards?? If not, what could be the problem?

backward starter no.... who did the work and why?? your saying the engine wont turn over ????
First you will need to check the fuses and make sure they are okay. They are in the back under the rear seat. The system really needs scan tool plugged in to pick up on any error codes. The car may have a bad fuel relay sensor that is causing it to not start. The fuel pump could be bad (known problem) and or the fuel filter needs to be changed.
Thank you, I will check the fuses. When I turn the ignition switch, it does nothing. There's no clicking or anything. But the lights and radio work's.
There's also an ignition fuse ( I have one on my truck). It's not just the fuel relay ( small black box), but there is actually and ignition fuse. Check it out.
