What’s the noise coming from my wheel?

My Tb front passenger wheel makes a
grinding noise when I get to about 36mph and
the inside of my tires are getting chewed

Could be tie rods, if that's the case, DO NOT DRIVE it. Also could be wheel hub bearing assembly. All guesses without seeing it.
