Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2008 trailblazer. When the car is running and the radio is on, I am getting a whirring noise from the speakers, also when you step on the brake you get a tick sound, and when I  turn the headlights off and on the noise tends to get louder. The only thing I have done recently, is I have changed the right headlight bulb that is all.
You can also hear it get faster when the engine goes faster

Most likely culprit is the alternator, did you replace it recently? Some vehicles have a condenser for noise suppression. Is the radio original equipment? See if a radio installation place can probide a noise suppression device.
