Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Have helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs, if spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse. Any applicable trouble codes? Those are the basic checks, in my opinion. If only a fuel issue, we can check that, but, we need to know if more than one issue?
Can you hear the pump turn on as you turn key to on (not start)
crank won't start, I believe it's getting no fuel.
