After snow or rain car turns to many times before engine starts

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have has my car scoped nothing alerting.
Battery is fine. New fuel & air filter. Starter is
fine. Seems to mostly only have a problem
after it rains or snows or moved from outdoors
cool air to warm underground parking. Starter
turns fast but takes awhile before engine
starts.

Might just need a tuneup and filter change. Use a good fuel system cleaner in your next tank of gas.
Air filter & fuel filter changed already. Thinking possibly its the fault of fuel pressure regulator, or distributor coil & hopefully not mass air flow sensor or new spark plugs but rather find a way before change too many things as mechanics seem to not tell me much or just want to get as many charges as possible that I cant afford... Thanks for suggestion i will try a fuel system cleaner first but full tank now & concerned if it will just fail on me completely instantly
New spark plugs are not that expensive. How many miles on them? You can clean the MAF and throttle body. I don't know what engine you have but if your car has a coil pack and spark plug wires, moisture might be getting inside the boots. If so I would install new plug wires.

Regarding tuneup & new spark plugs. If engine light is not lit & scope does not indicate an issue with spark plugs, could they still be worn out & thus causing a car to turn too many times In damp weather before motor starts?
