Key won't turn at all.

Are the front wheels turned? Try moving the steering wheel back and forth while trying the key. Sometime the steering wheel lock can put pressure on the key preventing it from turning.

OK, have you tried turning the key while trying to move the wheel back and forth. Do you have a backup key to try?
