2008 dodge charger no power

2008 dodge charger new battery new alternator battery still won’t charge.
Checking fuses under the hood fuses 4,5,6 not showing working with voltage
tester:  any ideas of where to look?

Computer controlled charging system, live data should show if the charge circuits are active, if not then chances are high that the computer went bye bye on that control system. Chryslers are know to burn out that computer circuit internally.
