Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I gave my friend of mine my car to do some
repairs and I got it back worse then when I
had it original, the car had a whole new key,
and ignition, and now the steering wheel rocks
freely. Why? What’s wrong with the steering
wheel? It’s not a cv joint or tire shake, I mean
the whole thing moves freely back and forth if
I push on it please help
