why wont my 1978 buick LeSabre start?

brand new battery and starter recently tuned up as well when I go to put the key in the
ignition if my door is open it dings as if my battery is good, lights come on dash lights
come on. but when I turn the key... NOTHING. like complete nothing no clicks no roars no
nothing. HELP!?

but do the lights dim to nothing or stay bright when you try to start?

How did it run before changing all those parts? Dbl check and clean all eclectical connections? What does your tune up consist of?
