Did you leave the door open or hood light on too long and drain the battery?

No, the battery is showing a full charge. When turned on, the lights in the cab come on.
So your you have an electrical system working. What isn't working?
No, the electrical system is not working, nothing happens.
It will not start, nothing happens when you turn the key.
Could it be the anti-theft device has been activated?
It will turn the starter but not actually run. Do the lights dim or react when the key is turned to start?
You have been so helpful. Even though the battery tester showed it was at full charge, it wasn't. It hadn't been driven in a few days and it needed charged. DUH! Should have put the charger on it before asking questions. Thank you!
