2000 chevy tracker won`t start. has spark, timing chain is good. has fuel pressure. will not fire up & run at all

2000 chevy tracker won`t start. has spark, timing chain is good. compression is good on all cylinders. has fuel pressure. will not fire up & run at all. new oil change, fuel filter. cam sensor. I started it up, pulled it outside & it shut off. the cam sensor was changed months ago when I bought it.they had just changed it. the motor was idling way to high, I turned it down I noticed the motor shaking at low rpm`s. at stop sign or stop light. I turned idle up a bit. I just bought a new starter cuz it seemed to make a whining noise when I bought it also. & now from all the turning over even with plugs out it`s sucking some power. but as I said. I started car to move out side after a oil change & alternator was going bad. any help out there?

hi, is there a certain amount they should have. I sprayed starting fluid in to top of air cleaner box 2 times but got nothing. I didn`t want to damage the map sensor I think. thanks I`ll check. it shut off like I ran out of gas. thank you.
