I had engine replaced on my 2008 RAV4,due to a oil consumption problem.Since then the car seems to be shaking.I am told this is motor mounts.Shouldn't that have been looked at when they did the engine

I have a 2012 Toyota RAV4, with 26000 miles on it. Its a 4 wheel drive and V6 vehicle. On Friday I came to my car and remote did not work, I manually had to open the door and engine did not start either. I called road side and they jump started the car, I went to apartment leasing office and again engine did not start. Called road side and they came and said it is not a battery problem. I had to have the engine replaced on my Rav4 & when I got it back from the mechanic, it looked like the engine was hanging to low, when I turn the steering wheel, you can see a little arm move if you're looking under the car at the front end, can you tell me what is wrong here. 3 Answers
Plus if turn hard to the left I hear a loud popping noise.

My 2006 Toyota Rav4 keys with FOB were run over. The FOB is broken, but the key still works and I have driven it. When I went to get a copy of the key, the locksmith could not make a copy of the computer chip. He mad a copy of the key that I had and that works also. Should I be concerned that at some point the key won't work or car will stop running with this key? 2 Answers
Key is working without computer chip.

2014 RAV4 only 28K miles stalled. No problems until now. I was driving slowly thru a parking lot and it just died. On the way home it shuddered a few times. This was when I was just coasting, not giving it gas. I took it to the dealership and after checking it out, including a test drive, hooking up to computer, etc, they could not find anything wrong. Nothing showed up on the computer at all. Now I am scared to death to drive it! I've used the same gas, it was almost a full tank. Also there has been a smell of gas inside the car when I get into it. They checked the fuel system, injector system and all that. Nothing. Any more ideas? 4 Answers
