1999 Chevy Malibu, 2.4L - All issues relate to VSS, Vehicle Speed Sensor. Replaced, clear codes. Issue still there, but no error codes now.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Which includes speedometer and shifting, still doing after sensor replaced.  
Someone else any ideas???

Here is the Vehicle Speed Sensor, that did not correct issue. Next, tracking wiring harness and looking for short.

End up being a bad wire, spliced in new wire and fine now. One thing I have notice on this sites. There is alot of fly-by seat mechanics on them. Seen a hundred different answers to this similar question. With damn cars nowadays, you have to be more an electrician then a mechanic....

BTW, 4 days and no answers from anyone else! I guess everyone was stumped.
