Do you have a EFI or carburetor? If you have a carburetor, the float may be stuck keeping gas in the bowl. Also check the connections. Use a Kleenex after you shutoff your truck, and put it on the connections to see if you have any moisture on it. If so smell it and see if it smells of gasoline. Follow the gas line back to the gas tank using a Kleenex or paper towel to find any leaks. It may be your EFI around the injectors or the carburetor leaking. Those two are my first guess.
