hi all - i am new here. I just bought a 69XL convertible w/ auto and K code 429 2v. Red Red with white top. p/s p/b p/w p/seat a/c. I paid 7000 for it. 2 owner car. All original. I cannot find much info on these cars. I have learned that a 429 4v was also available. Does anyone know how many XL ragtops were made. And of those how many were 429 cars.

wow- nice car- shows what 7 grand will buy- you are lucky because there are Ford clubs and parts suppliers and everything you can possibly want to know about your car can be found online- just start surfing-
