1970 Ford XL convertible originality question.

Question type: General

I just bought a rust free 1970 Ford XL convertible (I already learned on this
site NOT to call it a Galaxie). It has factory a/c, rally wheels, hide a way
headlights (I think they all did) a column shift automatic and a 351. I'd like to
do some research and find out how many cars with these options were
made, if it's a numbers matching engine (I'm pretty sure it is), and some
other details about the car. I'm in Arizona. Can anyone suggest a source that
can check out the car and provide this information? Mr Blue Oval, you out
there?  Thanks, mg

No Fords with a 351 had numbers matching and it's easy to put something bigger into it. The VIN just refers to a general V8.

Galaxie
