why wont the windows of my 2007 cadillac go down or up?

so i recently fixed my cadillac and the guy told me i had just program the windows which
ive tried doing. but my windows wont go down or up they just stay shut i would like to
know if you have an idea of what i could do to fix it summer is here and i would love to
have the windows down to enjoy the weather 2007 cadillac

Is it all of your window or just certain ones like your driver side window?
