2000 Ford Taurus, Turns over, doesn't start, codes P1800, P0014, P0022, C1300

The car sat for about 9 months. Turns over, but doesn't start. We replaced the
fuel pump and filter, and the fuel regulator sensor. Those are the 4 codes, I'm
not sure where to go from here.

I have oldsmobile 98 Regency brougham sedan 1984 with 403 engine and 400 gear when I speed more then 160 km its take almost have Tank of Gasoline. What is the problem with it.
