Spoiler does not go down automatically

Hi ...the spoiler comes down in sections if u ar in a complit stop ..it will not comedown if up pit it up manually unlest ur doing bout 20mph and u pres the button to put it down ...if it gos up at 65mph but dosent come down at the 45mph mark that it hase ur spee sensor its damege

got a dead battery , know spoiler stays up all time is there a fuse
