This is possibly the Mazda based Bantam with the F6 Engine. You possibly have a solid state coil. I would recoment you change the coilt to an Oil filled coil. The air cleaner nozzle must face has an adjustment for Summer and Winter. Check that the lever is adjusted to the Summer. The Winter adjustment dirrects the intake air off the exhaust manifold. The Spark Plugs should be a NGK BP5ES with a 1.0mm gap. The ignition timing at 12 Degrees. The Cam timing on the Cam Pully should be CX. Check that the Automatic Choke is operating correctly and when the engine is at running temp the choke butterfy is open and not closed.
