Rocam 1.3 2006 over heat

Rocam 1.3 2006 model overheat and you can stop for a moment. Then you
start and the heat gauge go back to normal.. Stay there and then all a sudden it
ramps up to the red. With the stop procedure it goes back to normal stay there
for a few kilometers then it does the same thing. Please help

Perform an onboard Instument Cluster Test. It could be the wiring harness between the PCM and cluster. Check your fuses and relays are all OK.

To perfform the cluster test, Press the ODO trip button in and hold, switch the ignition to ON and wait till the ODO area on the cluster displays TEST. To scroll through the tests press the trip button. To exit the test , switch the ignition off.
