how to fix at with check engine light

i have a  automatic 2008 mazda 6  my  AT light came on and shortly after my
check engine light came on i brought it to autozone and had them do a check
engine light check and wat popped up was shift soleniod c malfunction (stuck
on) and  it wont go passed 2nd gear. How do i fix this issue\

Well that solenoid needs to be replaced, take it to a transmission shop for proper repair.

Yes is would or should fix those problems, and not recommended to try and clean the solenoid, trany oil stays pretty clean as it is. If there has ben a few miles on her since any service work on the trany, have them replace the trany filter also.
