Sounds like a bad instrument cluster. Maybe a short or a bad electrical component on the cluster. Car running ok?

The P0037 code refers to the O2 sensor. Check this link it has a decent write up on it: http://www.datsc.com/tabid/122/OBD-Error-Code/P0037/Diagnostics/Honda/Default.aspx
