Question type: Maintenance & Repair

What is the tan, pink wire for on the ECU.  The wires are cut.  There is also a plug that seems to been missing.  What is the use of the wires and missing plug.
Anything to do with driver's window not operating, check engine light on or flashing.?

1997 Toyota Camry, 4 cylinder, had in family since 2005. Found ECU. tan and pink wire cut and plug missing. Which wire goes to the empty plug in space? Car does not have original radio.

About the ECU and scanning codes, Auto Zone, Westminster, CA, said they are not allowed to scan codes in California.
