My car door was not completely closed for a week and now batteries are dead. Jumping the truck battery does not work. All display is blank, no lights, no door lock. What do I need to do

I believe these hybrid batteries are the "deep cycle" type that are not damaged by a complete or prolonged discharge. Just charge it as you normally do and things should be okay. And a jump start will not rescue this battery because a standard car battery has nowhere near enough capacity to boost a discharged hybrid battery.

I found more info on your car. If there is a standard size 12 volt car battery under the hood, recharge that battery enough to start the gasoline engine. Then the engine will recharge the "trunk" battery as you drive. In fact the "trunk" battery may not have even been affected by the door light left on. Incidentally, keep in mind that replacing the Hybrid battery can be $2000, every 5-10 years.

Thanks, but this is a Camry hybrid and doesn't have a way to charge besides the engine running. I'm hoping if I replace the 12v battery that it will start.

The 12 volt battery is likely the problem. Have it charged and tested or if it is more than 4 years old replace it.

Charged it, everything works perfectly. Started no problem. Hybrid battery was fine, just couldn't see the display with the 12V aux battery dead.
