My exhaust pipes smoking

I have a 2001 mustang and my exhaust pipes r
smoking & it feels lik my engine is jumpin plus I Got  
a lil oil leak my shop is on the nw side I'm located
on the se side is still safe to drive it stop smoking
when I put oil in it

I for sure have a oil leak bcus wen I bought the car were I park at everyday now have oil spots
