back window fabric needs to be glued - which glue should i use?

You need to speak with an uphostlery shop and ask for their expert advice. Depending on location, condition of the fabric, etc. they can advice if gluing will do the job or not. You may need a new top. I have a black top on a green 01 TT. I had an issue with glue but it was on the inside of the car in the space behind the seats. It could not be glued. I had to have a part ordered and installed for proper repair. Good luck.

I had similar issues as previous answer. I was advised to replace the part as the best alternative. It was not cheap but the car is tight with no leaks. Please consider that. Best of luck.
