My truck wont crank

I have a 99 ford explorer sport and I replaced the
fuel pump the fuel pressure sensor on the tank and
my truck still won't start it will start if I put a gas
rag over it but it'll die when the gas runs out please
help it's my first truck and I have not a clue of
mechanic work

Obviously your not getting fuel,Do you have fuel in the rail going to injectors? do you hear the fuel pump cycle when you turn the key on?

Yes when u push the bleeder that looks like a tire valve gas will shoot half way across the yard

OK, then the injectors are bad or not working,Need to check pulse at injector,also injector relay/fuses.
