Truck wont start

A couple weeks ago my 2001 ford explorer cut off an would
not start..got a jump it started up an drove for a few
minutes an lost all power again. Tried to jump start but
when u turn key lost all power even with jumper cables on
....changed battery connections and battery still wont star

Fuel pump keeps running even with power off ,on 2011 dodge ram truck, what can it be wrong

No got new battery already still wont start...even with jumper cables wont start when i turn key it keeps making a clicking till power dies or till i turn key back
