have changed at installed new battery in 2008 Ford 150 .Battery comes on and stays on what could be wrong. Voltage from all is 13.5

What do you mean battery stays on? Do you mean like if you were to turn your key to the accessory position, how all the dash lights, radio, and dome lights come on?

If your battery light is on with the engine running then the alternator is suspect. Have it tested. There is more than just voltage involved. 13.5 is on the low side anyway
