I AM WORKING ON A 9 OF 1999 F-350 4X4 7.3L PICKUP WITH DUALS SHIFT ON THE FLY HAS NO POWER NO GROUND, SHIFT MOTOR IS NEW, FUSES ALL GOOD, ALL IN THE PROPER PLACES, RELAYS HAVE POWER & GROUND NO SIGNAL

NEED MORE INFO ON THE SHIFT ON THE FLY SWITCH ,IS THERE ANYTHING
ELSE OTHER THAN THE GEM MODULE THAT CONTROLS THE 4X4 IN THIS
TRUCK. TRNSFER CASE MOTOR NEW, FUSES ALL GOOD , RELAYS HAVE
POWER,GROUND,NO SIGNAL,SWITCH AT DASH NO POWER,HAVENT CHECKED
SWITCH FOR GROUND,NO LIGHTS IN DASH UNTIL YOU CRANK THE
ENGINE,THEN THEY LIGHT UP, PLEASE HELP.

I don't know if this will help BUT I had the same truck in two wheel drive. One morning my truck wouldn't start. The Wait to Start Light wasn't on. It turns out that the WTS light wasn't on because the ECU fuse was blown. The ECU fuse is on the same circuit as the cigarette lighter fuse. The cigarette fuse was blown. The point I'm trying to make is check out other fuses. BTW when I sold my F350 it had 40000+ miles on it and was running strong.
