Last week my engine seized at 210,431 miles on my 2001 Mustang Cobra Coupe. How
much should expect to get for it?

A CarGurus user (gomike) answered your question: They wrote: "this depends on what the condition of the body interior and trans how are the tires why not replace engine for more help visit autokentucky.com". They car has been maintained for the life of the vehicle. Regular services and repairs, as needed. Replacing the engine is not an option at this point, so I am looking to sell the car as is.
