trouble with truck

I have a 1998 ford ranger 4 wheel drive When I get up to 30 mph a vibration an kind of a light grinding noise. When I drop back down to around 20 mph it quits . Does anyone have any ideas what it might be?

It sounds like your rotor(s) may be warped..I had the same problem, and chgd driver side rotor, and cured the problem.
