A/C Max fan speed is stay at low speed never did before

Have my 2011 SHO for 2.5 years and the MAX A/C fan would go to full speed, last two months it is not anymore took it to the dealer and they said that they hooked up to a computer and all buttons where working fine, had another (Same Car) and said it was doing the same (No increase in fan speed). they will try and find an answer :( will keep you posted . . . :?:

Are you sure the cabin filter is not clogged for the A/C preventing the correct air flow...

Not clogged, when the Max A/C is on when I turn off the car then when started next time the fan speed comes on to Max speed. Does not go to Max speed if car is already on and Max A/C is pressed.
