99 grand marquis 197,000 milesruns only with maf disconnected

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

starts and stalls after 2-3 seconds,disconnect maf , starts easily and idles .try
to accelerate and it cuts out.sometimes it will run with maf connected if its
warmed up . maf return from pcm has .03 volts with key on . cleaned
grounds on both sides of engine compartment have continuity from pcm to
maf .installed new maf [not reman]. reman programmed pcm,newpigtail on
maf.preformed wiggle test on wires.recent new fuel pump module,35psi,40
with regulator vacuum disconnected.whats next?

clean the throttle body with carb. cleaner and a toothbrush on the throttle plate , look for any loose/broken vacuum lines

A mechanic cause throwing parts at it will be expensive.
