i have a 2014 Subaru forester with 39,000 miles on it. Just 3 weeks ago, my
back passenger strut/spring went on my car. Now, just tonight my left spring/coil
broke and I was pulling into a driveway. Is there a national recall on this
defective part from Subaru, that i Missed? or the dealer forgot to send me?

No recall that I have heard of but there have been similar reports here. I would hit up Subaru for a new spring under a good will repair.
