So, how do you write a review for a dealership?
So, why is there not a link/button/switch, whatever, that allows me to write a review for a car dealership? Do they just not let you do that any more? Signed in, registered. Looks like they don't take them any more, why can't you do this simple thing?

If you contacted the dealer through CarGurus, you will receive a message within 7 days asking for your review. Please follow the link on the email to write your review.
Look them up on the net. You will find a place to leave yours....don'y go over board or it will not get published...

So why is there not a field like this box I am typing in now to do a review like 99.9% of all other sites on the internet? Guru's is just wrong!
You can post your reviews on Google... plus.google.com/local
I unfortunately deleted my email requesting the review and now can't find a way to access the website to post a review. Strange, CarGurus.
I would like to write a review, cannot figure out how to do that on your site.......
This site obviously does not want their users to post reviews.
Is this site monitored? Or updated? Dealership went above and beyond for young disabled combat veterans. But guess they dont deserve the review...
I purchase car from LA CAR group it was very good dealer I recommended every one looking to buy a car visit that dealer first they are honest and fare
This site is a scam! They only allow you to post a review if it is good. They actually send an email to the dealer to see if the dealers wants your review. If you diodn't buy or had a problem of any sort, they don't allow your review. I went to buy a car from one of their approved dealers and was actually quaoted a price $3,000 above their online listing. I decided to wait and do some research and thats when I discovered the lozer price. The salesman turned from nice to a total ignorat prick. I wanted to post the emails and my opinion on them and was told I could not. I really dislike review services that are really selling ad space under the guise of real reviews. Don't trust the reviews posted here, they are either one sided or completely false.

Thank you all for voicing your concerns. We’d like to clarify CarGurus' dealership review process for you. Within 7 days of contacting a dealership through CarGurus, you will receive an email message from CarGurus asking you to post a review on our site. If for any reason you do not receive or misplace this email, sign in to your account, and you will see a link inviting you to review a dealership in the top right corner of the “Used Cars” page. Please be mindful that our review pages are meant to allow our users to share their experiences with dealerships, whether they were positive or negative. That being said, we cannot publish reviews that contain foul language, baseless accusations and insults, or accusations of criminal activity for both legal and ethical reasons. If you have any questions about leaving a review, please click the orange question mark at the bottom right of the page—we’re always happy to help!
I don't see the review dealership link you're referring to. (Using iPad)

I do not see this link either. I clearly see the orange question mark, but not review link.
I posted a review about a dealership and gave them a negative review for misleading consumers on CarGurus. The car is listed, but does not exist on their lot (over 1 month now). The review never was posted. Why not just make this easy and let the people add their reviews to CarGuru's website? What is the purpose of a review if it cannot be reviewed?
I've noticed the difficulty on posting reviews for dealerships. There is a 2004 Ford F-150 posted for sale on CarGurus, but it's sold and no longer on the lot. I'm not sure if GarGurus periodically ask dealers if those vehicles exist or if there is a time limit to keep the vehicle posted...not sure how the system works? However it's very inconvenient when researching vehicles and makes this site very unattractive to use if there is unreliable information posted.
I still don't see a review link in the top right corner of the used cars page.
I seems that Car Gurus wants reviews only from people who used Car Gurus service, and not reviews that most people leave about car dealerships which are usually without fact or merit other than someone didn't like the fact that couldn't buy a car. Besides that CarGurus is not a "review" site. So the majority of you that just want to bitch about how you were done wrong and make pointless not to mention generally slanderous remarks with anonymity will have to go someplace else.
Me and my father drove from CT, just to buy a Dodge 1500 Ram Daytona from Auto Direct Cars in Delran,NJ. We have been searching for the vehicle religously, but do to the bad winters and being a rare truck, we had no luck. Blessingly enough we came across auto direct cars, my father called them up and spoke to Bob. Told Bob our situation and asked if the vehicle is in pristine condition?, because driving somewhere far and being disappointed has been the story so far. In summary, Bob told him to come down for when he'll see it satisfaction will be met. That was nothing but the truth, the car was in excellent condition along with the customer service. Everyone on staff was friendly and made the customers feel comfortable

Hey CarGurus - get with the times. Get a review button so we don't have to wait 7 days.
Saw car on ebay. Needed a 2nd driver to get me there due to no public transportation. 2 hour drive each way, each car. Paid in full. Thrift Auto delivered the car to me with: 1) No gas! 2) Plastic starting dragging from undercarriage of car onto pavement. 3) Check Engine Light came on 3 days later. Usually 3 strikes mean you're out! Wait... there's more. My salesperson is suddenly not available so I ask to speak to a manager. Eventually I spoke to Julio. He tells me to send an email to the General Mgr, David. Immediately I sent David an email. I waited until the next day to call back. After 5 calls and hours of waiting in between on a Friday, David finally gets on the phone at 230 in the afternoon to tell me his mechanics are available between 10am and 2pm Monday - Friday. I explain to him this info was untimely, his evasiveness rude and there was no apology. David refused to apologize and now I'm more than upset. Bad karma is upon this place and this particular business will soon get what it deserves.
Had a rather enlightening experience yesterday. Traveled two hours to Rockland Hyundai to find that internet pricing is just a way to get you to visit the dealership. Once there we picked a car...negotiated price...dealer agreed to our proposed priced...then totally insulted our intelligence by adding what they refer to as "dealer prep" $1,600.00. When asked what exactly is it that they could possibly do to the car that warranted $1600, they evaded the question. I now wonder if any and all other dealers do the same thing on cargurus.
Ist International Auto Group, Merrimack, NH....This is the most corrupt dealership that you will ever encounter! Bought a Jeep Compass and told it was "serviced and inspected" good working order. Drove to the highway with the new plates and it will not accelerate, difficult to control the speed and make it go even the minimum 45 mph. Car lurches lurches when accelerating to get up to speed, huge problem obviously. Called the dealer right away and brought back (all within less than 24 hrs) and told it needs a new transmission! Dealer will not "make it right" but wants to work through the warranty company and have me pay 50%. What?????? It can not even get a sticker. Corrupt, rude, unresponsive and NO ONE should consider buying a car through this group.

I had a very negative experience with max auto sales in Hollywood FL, 33020 (877) 514-1496. There was undisclosed fees and the owner did not deliver my contract until 30 days after the the car was purchased. He obviously has "shilled" reviews on this site, but if you look on sites like ripoff report, bbb, dmv, yelp, google and yahoo local, he has pages and pages of terrible reviews. Where is the responsibility on the behalf of car gurus? Please allow for a more transparent system allowing for a true reflection of what's real, instead of a dealer monitored system. Even if your business model is to attract all dealers, you will eventually not look good by allowing the bad ones to look good here, but nowhere else. Thank you

Do not go to Larry Roesch to buy cars. They sell crap and when you contact them they ignore you. 313 W Grand Ave, Bensenville, IL 60106

Same experience as some of the above posters. Showed up at Antwerpen Nissan. And they tried tacking on $3000 in fees. I couldn't believe how blatently dishonest their advertising was. $300 for nitrogen in the tires, $300 for wheel locks, $1700 for reconditioning a 2015 car with less than 12k miles on it. Etc.. the only two fees that made any sense were the $300 documentation and $120 state inspection fees. And of course we wasted 4 hrs round trip. Note to self if a dealer posts more than a few cars at $3k under market value, its not because they are benevolent. They're just shady.
For all potential used car buyers, never you buy a used car from Lux Cars Auto Outlet lcated at 10 Perchwood Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22405. This is a very unreliable and skimming dealership. They tell you one thing and when you get there, they try to trick you into signing something and exploiting your ignorance if you are not smart. The worst part if that they sell reck cars and clear the panel board with any errors. Those errors like check engine show a few days after you buy the car. You don't ever want to make the mistake of buying a car from this guys. A word to a wise is sufficient.
Lux Cars Auto Outlet located at 10 Perchwood Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22405 is the worst dealership you can think. They are thieves!!!
Warning to all potential buyers: Lux Cars Auto Outlet located at 10 Perchwood Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22405 have very dishonest workers. Don't be deceived by their laughter; it usually have a dark motive of deceit.
When buying a car at Gurus, check well to be sure it's not advertised by Lux Cars Auto Outlet located at 10 Perchwood Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22405. This dealership has deceitful workers. They made me waste my day hoping that I was taking to truthful people. On arriving on site, I taken aback with the poor customer service and blatant lies. Never waste your time to visit this dealership. Look for other options before your regrette the incovenience or get a car that will give you nothing but sadness and bad memories.

http://www.freewayautocenter.com/ i called this guys for a car that they had on the website and they told me they had the car when i went to look at it they sad its not here but we have it... next day the change the price!!!
Bought from a dealership that I found on cargurus, but did all my dealing over the phone. Guess I can't leave a review for the dealership...
I bought sth from a dealer , and not from cargurus . but I want to leave a review and I cant.
So, to sum this up, there are many terrible car dealers out there. Using Car Gurus is useless trying to find a car: 1. After researching a car on Car Gurus, you go buy the car from the dealer. But you Cannot Leave Feedback on Car Gurus about the dealer. 2. Car Gurus continually shows cars in their listings as for Sale, but so many times, people drive to go look at the car, it is not available. 3. No support, no help. Just look at this thread. 4. Allows posting of cars that are illegally for sale - in my case, the car would not pass a Smog test, costing $Thousands to get it fixed.
