I think my immobilizer in my 2006 Honda Accord is messed up. I tried using both keys and they both do the same.

Can you be more specific as to exactly what it is that the car is doing with both keys. Since I really don't know what your problem is from your question, I will just tell you this about my experiences with what I believe to be "After Market Systems" installed by shops instead of the factory, and I also suspect that if you purchase a car that did not come with one installed at the factory, some dealers routinely use outside shops to do the installs for them. I have owned several vehicles over the years that had alarm/immobilizers/remote starter combos in them. I have no idea if these were installed by the dealers or at an aftermarket shop since I owned them all used. The make of these were all OMEGA, more specifically the Models RS-4LX & REC-11. My most recent vehicle to have this and have a problem is a 2001 Hyundai Santa Fe. In all instances of these cars, there were problems with the cars eite=her starting, or staying running, or a fantom drain on the electrical system causing the battery to constantly die. I pulled them all out and never had another problem with any of the cars after that. The problems I suspect with them all was the very shoddy way that the installed cut into or spliced into the existing car factory wires and either causing grounds or corroded connections or possibly shorted or burnt out circuitry in the units. I have not yet seen one that appeared to be a factory installed unit.
