87 300 E stalling problem

my 87 300e RUNS AND DRIVES but stalls after a while of driving and will turn over but not fire up. If i let it sit for a while and try again same thing drives just fine then quits.. possible cause NE1 have any ideas so far ive tried :

removing 02 sensor

changed fuel filter and thermostat

suspect fuel pump relay by battery am i right or wrong here?

changed thermostat and car is not overheating at all
