Fuse blown? Check it first. If it is fine, try to see if you have any electric power coming to the lights that don't work. You may have a ground wire off or broken.

I have a 2001 blazer LS rwd as well , same problem , when it happened I smelled burning circuit board or resistor smell for a second. I was in my driveway parked at night when this happened. I've troubleshoot headlight / dimmer switch assembly and blinker switch assembly by installing parts from salvage yard (basic plug in and check) . No change when I do this. I'm stumped now. Something burned in the cabin or interior when it happened.
