why won't the tail lights/dash lights or the high beams work on my 2001 chevy blazer, when all of the other lights do work?

Fuse blown? Check it first. If it is fine, try to see if you have any electric power coming to the lights that don't work. You may have a ground wire off or broken.

Maybe those bulbs have blown or it could be the fuses

I have a 2001 blazer LS rwd as well , same problem , when it happened I smelled burning circuit board or resistor smell for a second. I was in my driveway parked at night when this happened. I've troubleshoot headlight / dimmer switch assembly and blinker switch assembly by installing parts from salvage yard (basic plug in and check) . No change when I do this. I'm stumped now. Something burned in the cabin or interior when it happened.
