I have a 2001 ram with automatic transmission with a 318 low miles, will this
go into a 2013 ram 5.7 hemi which is blown with automatic transmission.

Nope! The two are not electronically compatible. I also doubt it would bolt up. You need the exact correct trans for the 2013.
